1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Amplify Media website (amplifymedia.vip) and our advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Amplify Media provides mobile LED truck advertising services in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our services include advertising space on LED trucks, daily operation reports, and campaign management as described in our advertising packages.
3. Advertising Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all advertising content submitted to Amplify Media complies with Malaysian law, DBKL regulations, and general advertising standards. We reserve the right to refuse any content that is illegal, offensive, or contrary to public policy.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance before campaign commencement. Packages are available on monthly, quarterly, half-year, and annual billing cycles. Discounts apply as stated on our pricing page. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing period. Refunds are not available for completed campaign periods. Annual and half-year packages may have different cancellation terms as specified in your campaign agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Amplify Media provides impression estimates based on historical data and route analytics. Actual impressions may vary due to factors beyond our control including weather, traffic conditions, and road closures. We are not liable for variations in estimated impressions.
7. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their advertising creative content. By submitting content to Amplify Media, clients grant us a limited license to display the content on our LED trucks during the campaign period.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
